1. TERMS OF SALE

1.1. PRODUCTS

Products offered for sale at Pó Tableware online store are described and presented with the greatest possible precision (specifications, photography, size, composition, etc.). However, Pó Tableware does not guarantee the accuracy of these descriptions, in particular with regard to availability. Pó Tableware reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All pieces are skilfully made by experienced artisans, which means Pó Tableware sells only unique pieces. The photos on the website are the most accurate possible, but please bare in mind that all pieces will have slight changes of brush strokes, colour depth or others, due to being made by hand, one by one. These variations are precisely what makes the pieces so valuable and unique, therefore are not subject to exchanging of pieces.

1.2. PRICE

The prices applied are those appearing at Pó Tableware online store at the time of the order. The Customer is informed that the prices are subject to change. The Customer is, therefore, invited to pay attention to the price in effect at the time of the order and which is brought to their attention when the product is placed in the shopping basket.

The prices displayed in Euro (€) include VAT and do not take into account the delivery costs of the order (hereinafter the “Delivery Costs”). VAT is indicated. These delivery costs will be indicated to the Customer on the basket validation page, as well as on the order summary page, before the order is validated and paid for.

1.3. ORDER

The Customer is invited to select the chosen products and to put them in the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. At any time, the Customer can proceed to any deletion of the products on the viewing page of their shopping cart, by going to the “cart” icon available on all pages of the Pó Tableware online store at the top right of each page.

The Customer is invited to consult the summary of their order by clicking on the "basket" button. At this stage, they can check the details of their order, identify any errors made in entering data as well as rectify them.

On this page, the Customer can also estimate their shipping costs, by reading the shipping table costs, according to region of delivery.

After validating the basket by clicking on the "Continue Payment" button, the Customer can then pay either as a guest or connect to their account and proceed to payment.

In the event that this is the first order, the Customer can create their customer account by completing a registration form. Pó Tableware cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer. The customer account will give access to a personal space allowing the follow-up of the orders.

To finalize their order, the Customer must confirm their delivery and invoicing address or indicate a new delivery address and/or invoicing.

If the Customer has chosen to order as a guest, then they must enter their payment information. If the Customer has already created an account, this information will be automatically retrieved from their account (only if they have logged into the latter).

Once the payment has been confirmed, the Customer receives, immediately and at the latest before delivery, an email confirming their order. The Customer formally accepts the use of electronic email for confirmation by Pó Tableware of the content of the order.

1.4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product offers are subject to the limits of available stocks. Information on product availability is provided at the time of ordering, on the Product page. The Customer then has the option of requesting to be informed of future availability of the product(s) by email. If it turns out that despite Pó Tableware vigilance, the products ordered are no longer available, Pó Tableware will inform the Customer by any means (phone call or e-mail) as soon as possible. No debit corresponding to the unavailable product(s) will be made to the Customer's bank account in the event of the unavailability of one or more products.

1.5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the order has been validated and paid for, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Pó Tableware reserves the right to refuse to honour the order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, until the dispute is resolved. To protect its customers against any attempt at electronic fraud, Pó Tableware reserves the right to refuse to ship orders from untraceable or free electronic addresses. Pó Tableware also reserves the right to refuse to ship orders containing invalid telephone numbers.

1.6. PAYMENT

Payment for the order can be made by different payment options presented Pó Tableware online store.

Pó Tableware has set up a secure payment system for all orders placed on the Pó Tableware online store.

1.7. SHIPPING COST

Delivery charges may be added to the total price of the order.

Product delivery costs will be calculated from a table (below) taking into account the country of destination and the chosen shipping method.

1.8. RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS

On delivery of the order, the Customer must check the conformity and the status of their order in the presence of the carrier and issue, if applicable, all useful reservations concerning apparent defects (missing product, damaged package).

The Customer is invited to contact the Pó Tableware within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the products. Unless there is a legitimate reason, any complaint formulated after this period will be considered inadmissible.

1.9. PRODUCT RETURN

The Customer has a right of withdrawal allowing them to return the products to Pó Tableware without cause under the conditions set out in Article 5 below.

For any reason for return other than the right of withdrawal (non-compliant or damaged product, error in the content of the order, etc.), the Customer is invited to contact Pó Tableware online store, which will give them the necessary information to satisfy their request as far as possible and to operate, if necessary, for a new delivery.

1.10. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the possibility, without reason, to withdraw from their order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of reception of the product(s) ordered, the date appearing on the receipt of the carrier signed by the Customer as proof. In the event of a split delivery, the date of delivery of the last item will be taken into account. When this fourteen (14) days period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
